Complaints
If the received product proves to be defective, the Consumer has the right to complain. As of December 25, 2014 the basis and the Seller’s scope of duty towards the Consumer on account of the right of implied warranty for material and legal defects are regulated by the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (section II Implied warranty). You can also complete a complaint form and send it back to the e-mail or mailing address. In case of a defect the Consumer may demand under the implied warranty: replacement of the product with a new one, repair of the product, price reduction, withdrawal from the agreement, if the defect is essential. The Consumer should specify his demand in relation to the product complained about. The Seller will reply to the Consumer’s demands within 14 days at the latest. Non-compliant goods shall be sent back to MOUTON interactive Krzysztof Baran, ul. Starowiejska 265, 08-110 Siedlce.
